Note: There's a Facebook bug making it hard for people to join this group — basically, no "join" link shows up on the page. To join, you need to search for "capitol hill community council" in Facebooks group search and then click the join link there. Sorry for the pain. I'm trying to get facebook to fix.

You have some setting turned on that makes you not show up in facebook search so I can't invite you manually. Might be why they won't show you the join link also. It's frustrating stupid facebook stuff. HEadache! Sorry about the pain. If you want to try again, change your profile settings so i can find you in facebook search. Not sure if it's worth it, however!
