Making it more difficult to acquire spray paint will help reduce the amount of graffiti in our neighborhood. One way to do this is to require spray paint be kept locked up and out of reach of shoplifters. Portland OR has had this requirement in place since 2007. We should ask Seattle's city council to act and create similar requirements here.
